One Day Workshops

If you've been on the SHIFTm2M journey for a while, you know the vision. But shifting culture is hard when you're carrying it alone.

The SHIFTm2M One Day Workshop is designed to bring your key leaders into the same framework, language, and disciplemaking culture you've already embraced. In one focused day, your team will gain shared clarity around what it really means to move from maintenance to multiplication.

Multiply will be held on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th June 2026 in Melbourne, hosted by Sydenham Baptist Church.

This will be a chance to be together again with others who share a deep commitment to disciplemaking and multiplication, and to continue the conversations and learning many of us have been part of through SHIFTm2M and past conferences.
